Quotes and payment

Quotes are fixed price and valid for thirty days. Fifty per cent books the dates and is non-refundable within seven days of a shoot; the balance falls due on delivery.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included. Further rounds are billed at the hourly rate named on the quote. A revision is a change to an existing cut, not a change of direction after picture lock.

Ownership and licensing

On final payment you own the delivered films outright and worldwide, with no time limit or media restriction. Licensed music is the exception and its terms are named on the quote.

We may show the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

If something goes wrong

We record to two cards where the camera supports it and carry backups of critical kit. If weather or access loses a shoot day, we reschedule at our cost. If we cannot deliver what the quote names, you do not pay for it.

Cancellation

PLACEHOLDER: state your cancellation windows and the fee at each. Vague cancellation terms are the most common source of disputes.
