We hold hours that overlap the US, UK and Australian working day, and we answer within one business day. Calls happen in your timezone, not ours. In practice you send notes at the end of your day and the next cut is waiting when you start the following one.

Two rounds are included in every quote and are almost always enough, because you approve the treatment before we shoot. Further rounds are billed at a stated hourly rate that appears on the original quote, so it is never a surprise.

Fifty per cent to book the dates, fifty on delivery. We invoice in your currency and accept bank transfer and card. Nothing is held hostage — you receive the files when the final invoice is paid, and the terms are on the quote before you sign.

You do, outright and worldwide, with no time limit and no media restrictions. The only exception is licensed music, where the licence terms are named on the quote before we use the track. We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We carry backups of every critical piece of kit and record to two cards simultaneously wherever the camera supports it. If weather or access kills a shoot day, we reschedule at our cost. If we cannot deliver what the quote names, you do not pay for it.

Yes. Most of our projects start with a deadline and a rough goal rather than a brief. The thirty-minute call exists to turn that into a scope we can price.

Both, depending on what the film needs and what the budget supports. For a single-day shoot abroad it is usually cheaper to direct remotely with a local crew we have vetted. For anything where the look matters more than the logistics, we travel. We will tell you which one we recommend and why.

Yes — that is the post-production service. Send the rushes and any existing timeline. We will tell you honestly whether the footage supports what you want before we quote.

Always, on anything with speech, in English. Additional languages are quoted per language. Reels are watched with sound off, so captions are not an extra.

If you are under roughly two thousand dollars we are probably not the right studio, and we will tell you that on the call rather than after a proposal. We would rather point you somewhere useful than take a job we cannot do well.
